Kenney & Everest Real Estate is a family-owned real estate company devoted to residential and commercial leasing & sales in the Bay Area.  We have a system that is second to none when it comes to leasing.  Our staff is continuously trained on the many laws that affect our landlords.  We use the most updated leases for San Francisco from the San Francisco Apartment Association.  We also have updated leases specifically for Oakland and we use the California lease from the CA Association of Realtors.
